1.    You contact us and schedule a free, no obligation, in-home Consultation.

2.    On the day of your appointment, either Les or Steve  will arrive at your home or business. They will give you expert advice on different Hardwood flooring options, making it easy for you to choose the best flooring for your home or office building’s lighting and colour scheme.

3.    We will collect all information needed to make it possible to forward a full quotation to you within 24 hours ( circumstances allowing).

4.    Your signed return of the quotation, indicating that you are happy and accept the quote with its terms and conditions, will trigger the scheduling stage.

5.    A commencement date will be scheduled, and a materials deposit payment will be requested to reserve the materials needed.

6.    Depending on the materials chosen and the site climatic conditions we may deliver the materials either in advance to acclimatise, or on the scheduled commencement day with our professional installation team.

7.    Our experienced team, will arrive at your home or office as agreed and on time. Makore Craft  will then request a labour deposit payment.

8.   Once the floor boards have been installed an interim payment will be due prior to the commencement of the sanding and sealing process.

9.    Once the installation is complete either Steve or Les will do a walk through with you so that you can inspect the job. You will be asked to fill out a satisfaction and customer feedback form. A specialized cleaning kit as well as thourough care and maintenance instructions will be handed over to you. Final payment for your beautiful new floors will be made at this time.
